Ogun State Property and Investment Corporation proudly invites entries for a Design Competition for Students of Architecture in Tertiary Institutions in Ogun State

Ogun State Property and Investment Corporation Design Competition

Location: Ogun State 

Brief:

• Students are required to design an ultramodern health centre.
• The healthcare centre with a maximum construction budget of N12m, must be a single storey structure, sited on a standard plot of 18m X 36m. (648 sq. m)
• The design must provide adequate ventilation and natural lighting with the following spaces provided: reception/ waiting area, ambulance bay, consultation room, treatment room, nursing station, store, emergency treatment room, general ward, children ward, pharmacy, medical records and offices.
• Entries must be prepared using AutoCAD with full working and presentation drawings with details and specifications.
• Entries must be submitted in a CD-form and hardcopy in A3 PDF format.
• Each submission must be accompanied by a letter of attestation signed by the student’s Head of Department.
