activities. WINCO FOAM Industries Limited is one of the largest
continuous polyurethane foam manufacturers with head office located in
Lagos. The Company is family owned and operated and has been dedicated
to manufacturing high quality polyurethane foam and bedding products for
30 years. Since its early beginning as a box foam producer in Lagos
with a small market presence, the company has grown and expanded into a
continuous foam producer with three large multi-million naira
production plants in Nigeria strategically located to serve all the
markets in the country.

Job Title: Maintenance Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Inspecting the facility
- Identifying parts and equipment to be ordered
- Recording daily maintenance activity
- Assist in Contacting service providers and contractors
- Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work;
- Diagnosing breakdown problems;
- Assist in arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components;
- Assist in Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment;
- Assist in Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs;
- Dealing with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs;
- Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
Education
- OND Minimum any other related - Certificate will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- Communicating effectively in written and oral form
- Conducting more than one tasks
- Plumbing and carpentry added advantage
- Building and equipment maintenance
- Using Electrical and other tools
- Troubleshooting issues
- Being adaptable and self driven
- Preparing work schedules
