Location: Lagos

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.
• Experience: Minimum of twelve (12) years relevant post-degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) as a Drilling Engineer, plus previous work as field Drilling Engineer or Drilling Supervisor

Additional Requirements:

• Demonstrable ability to prepare well programs
• Ability to coordinate a multitude of contractors and equipment in a complex drilling environment
• Demonstrable capability to analyze and solve complex well drilling and completions problems
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of community and logistics issues related to drilling in Nigerian environment
• Excellent planning and coordinating skills
• Effective communications skills
