Graduate Administrative Officer at The Institute of Drilling and Petroleum Engineering





The Institute of Drilling and Petroleum Engineering is recruiting to fill the below position:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Managing calendars; making travel, responding to customers' inquiry mails, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising other support staff; and customer relations. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
Qualification
  • HND or B.Sc (Female Graduates only) in Administration or Social Sciences.
